Shipping & delivery

We currently ship to addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Every item is made to order by our production partner, Printful.

Customers pay shipping separately from merchandise. We calculate the current Printful standard shipping quote for your actual bag and delivery address before payment. Merchandise discounts do not reduce shipping. You can review shipping, the merchandise discount and any applicable tax in Stripe before placing the order.

Single-item US shipping estimates

Standard shipping quotes checked October 13, 2026: a cat tee $4.95, the printed Dog Mom trucker hat $4.69, an 11 oz mug $6.69 and a 15 oz mug $7.29. These are single-item estimates, not a flat rate for a mixed bag. Your actual bag and address determine the final quote before payment.

Printful adds a temporary $0.40 shipping fee per US order from October 15, 2026 through January 17, 2027. During that period, allow $5.35 for a single tee, $5.09 for the printed hat, $7.09 for an 11 oz mug or $7.69 for a 15 oz mug. The fee applies once per order, including mixed shipments. We use Printful's live quote and do not add the fee a second time.

Allow approximately 2 to 3 weeks for production and US delivery. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Items may ship separately, and holidays or carrier delays can extend delivery.

Your order confirmation link will show production status and tracking when available. If an order is late, contact us with your order reference.

Check your address carefully before paying. Contact us immediately if it needs correcting. Changes may no longer be possible once production or shipping begins. Incorrect or unclaimed addresses may require an additional shipping charge, which we will confirm with you first.
