Use a pet photo you have permission to use

You must own the photo or have the photographer’s permission to use it for AI processing and printed merchandise. The photo should feature one animal clearly. Do not upload a photo with people in it.

No famous animals or borrowed artwork

Do not upload famous animals, copyrighted characters, brand logos, readable collar tags, someone else’s artwork, or imagery you do not have the right to reproduce. We do not offer licensed character or brand merchandise through this tool.

Review before ordering

Automated safety checks review the source photo and generated artwork. We may also review or reject a submission and ask for another photo. These checks do not give you a license to someone else’s rights or guarantee legal clearance. Review the exact artwork and garment preview before ordering.

Your photos and privacy

Photos and designs are stored privately and are available to you, authorized store reviewers and the providers needed to create and fulfill your design. We remove photo metadata and send submitted photos to OpenAI for image creation and safety checks. Approved production artwork is shared with Printful to create your garment. Your original photo is not added to the public catalog or product feed.

Designs that have not entered checkout and their source photos are removed after 90 days. You can delete a design from your account before processing or checkout begins. Once checkout has started, contact support to request deletion. Designs attached to checkout or orders are retained for fulfillment and customer support.

Check your pet and print

AI can make mistakes. Review markings, face shape, slogan, artwork, colors, garment and size before paying. The supplier garment preview shows intended placement. Fabric, screen color and print methods can affect the delivered appearance. Custom pieces follow our made-to-order return policy.

Limited pilot

One photo submission per account per day, subject to studio capacity. There is no payment at submission. Processing time varies, and we email you when the three designs are ready. Your order price and shipping are shown before payment.
